"The Eyes of Buddha" instructional DVD is a unique blend of Tribal bellydance and Indian Bollywood dance styles making it's content rich and culturally rewarding.

Shameela brings together the ancient and the modern in 24 combinations with names such as Kundalini Serpent, Flaming Lotus, Dharma Chakra and Mandala Spin.

These combinations are choreographed to the funky music mix of Solace who blend beautifully together sounds from the East and the West.

Shameela's style fuses Indian and Buddhist hand Mudras and temple poses with bellydance isolations and American Tribal Style moves.
Women from all walks of life can enjoy the health benefits from these styles of dance such as toning their muscles, improving posture and flexibility and strengthening abdomen and pelvic floor muscles. The other benefits to women is that it builds confidence and self esteem, whilst discovering an inner beauty. Shameela says that it is inspiring to watch her students grow in confidence and in grace expressing their femininity, strength of spirit, giving them a sense of vitality and well being.
